Writing encompasses many steps—observation, collection of information, forming a hypothesis, testing the hypothesis and revisiting assumptions, justifying one’s findings—in short, the scientific method. This novel and highly effective way to approach writing is applicable to students in all grade levels and all academic disciplines.
Participants will:
- Be shown a step-by-step process from topic selection through revision
- Look at samples of student work
- Assess and Acquire sample curriculum material
